Orchard Hill RV park rates for 2021:
*We are open from April 1 - November 1

HIGH SEASON:  
July-August: $58/night ~ $348/week
SHOULDER SEASON:
June and September: $55/night ~ $330/week
LOW SEASON:  
April, May, October:  $45/night ~ $270/week

Monthly rates: 
 Only offered in April, May and October:  $825/month
    *We have a 45 day maximum stay limit.

5% tax added to all fees.
Full Hook-up and wireless internet are included in the pricing.
Fees are based on 2 adults. (max 4 adults per site)
Extra charges: Extra adults - $3/night per adult
Group bookings: maximum 2 sites
We reserve the right to limit 1 night stays.

POLICIES 
      -We are an ADULT-orientated park (13 or older)
      -There is no public washroom (no showers/toilets)
      -We are a fully functioning farm with farm machinery and personnel at work
      -Pets on leashes allowed
      -Coin laundry provided
      - Wireless internet included with fee
      - Digital cable TV
      -Holiday weekends: Minimum 3 night stay. 
      -You are responsible to lock your valuables and vehicles


Please note that we take your credit card information to hold your reservation and for cancellation purposes.
For payment we accept Cash, Mastercard and Visa.

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES:

High Season reservations: July 1- Aug 31 
We require 14 days notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation.
  If proper notice is not given, cancellation fees are:   Daily booking: $58
                                                              Weekly bookings (7+ days ): $116 (2 nights' fee)

Shoulder Season reservations: June 1-30, Sept 1-30
 We require 14 days notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation.
  If proper notice is not given, cancellation fees are:   Daily booking: $55
                                                              Weekly bookings (7+ days ): $111 (2 nights' fee)

 Low Season reservations: April, May, Sept 16-Nov 1 
 We require 7 days notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation. 
  If proper notice is not given, cancellation fees are:   Daily booking: $45
                                                               Weekly bookings (7+ days): $90(2 nights' fee)      

 Monthly reservations: April, May, October 
 We require 14 days notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation.  
  If proper notice is not given, cancellation fees are:  $150
