CANCELLATION / CHANGES POLICY

We require 14 days notice to cancel your reservation.  

Cancel Policy: Low Season daily/weekly reservations receive a full refund of your deposit with 2 weeks notice.
Shoulder/High Season and Monthly reservations receive a 60% refund of your deposit with 2 weeks notice and
40% is retained as a non-refundable booking fee. 

Change Policy:  Full payment of reservation is required upon arrival, and any reduction of nights in a reservation will have required 7 days notice in order to be refunded or removed from the reservation.

POLICIES 
      -We are an ADULT-ORIENTED PARK (limited to age 13 or older)
      -There are NO WASHROOMS PROVIDED (no showers/toilets)
    

      -Prices based on 2 adults (max 4 adults per site)
      -Extra adults are $3/ adult per night
      -Pets on leashes allowed but not admitted in farming production areas
      -Coin laundry provided
      -Full hook up and wireless internet included with fee
      -Cable TV no longer offered 
      -Holiday weekends: Minimum 3 night stay 
      -You are responsible to lock your valuables and vehicles
      -Group bookings: maximum 2 sites
      -Maximum stay from May - Sept: 45 nights (no long term rentals)
      -We reserve the right to limit 1 night stays
      -We are a fully functioning farm with farm machinery, personnel at work and farm animals on site
      -We have neighbouring farms with chickens and roosters
      -We have resident farm cats
